This post was inspired by an animated clip that Jan posted on her blog The Poodle and Dog Blog, it’s a great blog to visit for all you animal lovers. Be sure to check out the very funny but also important message her post contains here. This morning Mrs. Three Dog Blogger was continuing the Christmas tradition of cooking loads of great food and was experimenting with potato based pancakes called Blini, served with scrambled eggs and smoked Salmon (It was delicious by the way). The Dogs who normally never beg for food were overcome by the smell of […]
Is Your Dog Happy?
With a few days of relaxing over Christmas, this morning we were confronted with a flurry of morning craziness. Dogs were jumping all over the place and acting like a bunch of overexcited children. The good Mrs. Three Dog Blogger took the Girls for a walk while I hurriedly Chainsawed some wood and put some under cover as it seems like rain is on the way (one day I will get it sorted in advance)! On their return it seems like they are having one of those days. Why? Well, this is the point of this post. As I […]

or Christmas Comes Early For The Dogs It is a fantastic sunny day here today. All the doors and windows are open and the Dogs have been really well behaved, lying outside soaking up some rays. Many people are loathe to give their Dogs bones, believing there is a danger to the Dog. There are only a few things you need to know when deciding whether you should give your Dog a Bone. Cats Are Better Than Dogs And Dogs Are Rubbish. Who Said That?
It is a gloriously sunny day today and it just so happens that we had a visitor that appears from time to time and offered to do a guest blog post. So while we all enjoy the sunshine I will let our guest introduce himself and hopefully make an interesting addition to the site. Hello everyone. My name is Naruto. I am, of course a Cat and the owner of this blog writer and all that I survey. First a little history about ME. I don’t know how but I turned up at the front door of the the […]
No Dead Dogs Today
Well, my heart rate can finally return to normal. After a mad dash out and a dreaded drive back I am pleased to report there were to very abashed and tired Dogs sitting outside the front door. I am so relieved. This was one of those incidents where you can’t help but fear for the worst. I don’t know why they acted so out of character. Daisy has been with us for over a year and this kind of behaviour is so out of character. They were suitably told off in a stern voice but they already knew that […]
I’m Going To Smack My Dogs
As I sit here typing this I am probably the maddest I have been with the Dogs yet at the same time the most worried. All three Dogs were walked this morning and I then took them on a little extra walk at nine thirty. It is now approaching two thirty. Daisy and her puppy Jet are yet to come home! They ran off in to the woods as they are all prone to do, but they all always come back when called. Not this time. I am seriously considering taking up one of the pets for sale classifieds […]
