Dog training Collar, you only need to wait for your first comment to be approved then the rest are on auto. If this didn't happen there would be literally thousands of giant spam comments all over the site.

I dun understand why do we need to register before making comments? I'm tired of creating accounts all over the net. It should be made seamless for the reader to add comments without the hassle of registration. An email addresss is suffice.

Thanks Taris, it's all about control in the right situation. No one wants Dogs causing accidents in built up areas.

Hi Mike H, always glad to have a new face here. It is amazing the difference the correct collar for a Dog makes. That is some very good advice. Too thin collars can be very sharp for heavier set Dogs, they need something more substantial. Look forward to more great comments from you.

Great advice. I recently took in a stray 8-month pit-mix puppy for a few days and the difference in walks from the first walk where we used the collar we found him with (super thin 1/4" thick Chihuahua/Cat collar) and the later walks where we used a thicker Martingale style collar was huge. The first walk was all jumping and tugging and it looked like it was hurting him. A couple hours later we went out again with the 1 1/2" collar and he reacted like we had been leash training him for weeks. It allowed us to go on longer walks which was great because it gave us a great opportunity to connect.

Yet another great writeup!! Leash training is very important for any dog, as it really bugs me when owners let their dogs run amuck, and have no control over their dogs

It really gives other dog owners a bad image!!
