I have written a number of times about bones for Dogs but quite regularly I will either get a comment on an old Dog Blog post or I will receive a personal email asking me if it is safe to give a Dog:

Cooked bones

Boiled bones

Chicken bones after a roast

Pork bones

Small cooked bones

Large cooked bones

And on the list goes.

This is for anyone who is unsure about what bones they can give to Dogs and to dispel some of the myths about the realities of feeding bones for Dogs.

In a nutshell the only thing you need to know is that:

You should never give a cooked bone to a Dog.

That is the single most important factor that all owners of Dogs need to be absolutely clear on. Cooked bones are not natural for Dogs, they never learnt how to make fire and in their natural state barbecue was not something they were ever too hot on grasping. Raw meaty bones are natural and good for Dogs for all manner of reasons.

Before we get in to that the only other thing you need to be aware of is that raw pork bones may pose a health hazard, but if they are put in the freezer for a few weeks this danger is totally bypassed and pork is as safe as any other raw bone for a Dogs.

Now, many people are loathe to give their Dog a bone but basically all raw bones are safe bones for Dogs.

Dow owners seem scared to give raw bones to their pets, and to be honest I used to be one of those people. The result was that our poor old Dog Sam suffered from bad breath, decaying teeth and had to undergo serious (and costly) dental work.

Oh how I wish that I knew then what I know now.

Many think it is natural but it is not natural for Dogs to have bad breath.

None of our three Dogs, or even the Cat for that matter, have bad breath at all. They can be right in your face, and who has a Dog that isn’t on occasion, and there is never a whiff of bad breath unless we have been lax and not given them a raw meaty bone for an extended amount of time.

How do raw bones clean Dogs teeth?

The mere act of chewing, grinding and trying to decimate a raw bone will scrape away any plaque, tartar and the like from a Dogs (or Cats) teeth. The result is a set of teeth many of us would be proud of. The more regular they get them the cleaner their teeth and the better their breath.

But aren’t raw bones dangerous? Won’t it pierce their

Mouth

Stomach

Intestines

The only significant chance of a bone causing damage to a Dog is if it is cooked. Then they can splinter easily and cause major damage. Raw bones are soft, no matter how hard they seem to us. Dogs will eventually eat through almost any bone. Some are tough and these will be the ones that they will never get a bit chunk of in one go. Softer bones they can go through very quickly but they are easily digest-able and about the nicest treat a Dog can have.

Introducing Safe Bones For Dogs

If your Dog has never had a raw meaty bone then begin slowly. Get some small pieces so they can begin the magical transformation to clean teeth, lovely breath, a shinier coat, small stools and general healthiness. Better yet go to the butchers and ask them for a really hard bone with some meat on. Many Dogs will be able to grind on them but never really eat them.

An yes, that’s right. If you feed your Dog bones on a regular basis, at least 2 or 3 times a week their stools will be small, compact, pale and never runny. A true boon in itself and reason enough for many owners of Dogs to make the switch.

And, one of the most important reasons to give safe bones for Dogs:

Dogs love Raw meaty bones.

Whenever we go to town we go to our local butchers and for what amounts to about $5 we get a shopping bag full of bones, beef, ribs and anything else that is slightly passed suitable for human consumption, or bones that the butcher knows will not be sold for making stocks.

One thing I have learnt is that the meat and bones may whiff slightly but unless it is seriously over it is not in any way a problem for Dogs. Their digestive systems are nothing like ours. They are designed to feed off old meat and carcasses of animals in the wild that we would run a mile from. Just stop thinking of your Dogs stomach as anything like your own.

And this may also be the jump start you need to begin visiting a local butchers and actually supporting your local economy rather than the supermarket. But, if you do only use a supermarket then ask there, you will probably be pleasantly surprised.

Now, I am not saying there is no risk to a Dog if it eats a raw bone. I am sure there are cases of bits getting stuck and the like. But how about the dangers of commercial Dog food, the fact that they can die prematurely from a rubbish diet. The fact that they can be ill or even die from problems associated with severe tooth decay.

If you could only see my three Dogs when we arrive home with a bag of raw bones. If you could see them lying in the grass for hours on end munching away on a health giving and nutritious bone.

If you could only hear the birds chirping and the crickets hopping. You can’t do that when you have a bored Dog or a barking Dog. Give a Dog a big raw bone and you will have peace. They will be about as content as you have ever seen them and you will wish you had done it years ago.

I have said it before and I am sure I will do it again. Buy The Raw Meaty Bones Promote Health Book it is a true eye opener and the best book to buy for anyone who has a Dog.Training books may be important but their Diet is even more so.

More and more of us are giving our Dogs medications for all types of conditions. I know, I am in the pet meds business and have seen sales soar, Discount Rimadyl for Dogs, Cosequin, Deramaxx, any number of meds to ease pain and treat for arthritis and other conditions that are now all too common. Dogs given a more natural diet and one that naturally promotes healthy joints and tissue can mean there is a significantly lower chance of you needing to buy these type of medications.

They will certainly not do any hearm to a healthy Dog. Do your Dog a favor and give them some raw meaty bones. They promote health, promote strong health bones, keep their teeth clean, cure bad breath in Dogs, keep them occupied and out of trouble and on the list goes.

Ask the butcher what they recommend. You will be surprised (or not) how knowledgeable they are and how helpful they are. You should be able to get a good and regular supply of raw bones for Dogs for a low price. And if your butcher is less than helpful then go find another one.

Hopefully this has cleared up a few misconceptions for those that may have not read some of the previous articles or are still uncertain about whether Dogs can really have bones.

If you live in the UK and are fed up with the high heating bills then you can Buy A Snuggie Here If You Live In The UK. You and the Dogs will be about as warm as it is possible to be.

Apparently the Snuggie blankets with sleeves has pretty much taken the US by storm and is on about every persons Christmas list. Personally I never feel the cold and I am not sure that I would look any more handsome with a Snuggie Zebra Blanket on. But apparently Zebra Snuggie Blanket is actually the most popular of them all. Proves how much I know about the tastes of those in the US.

Mrs. Three Dog Blogger feels the cold a lot more than I do so I can’t wait to see what she looks like but I think I will be getting her a Pink Snuggie to match fair skin. I am sure she will be over the moon.

Now, on to the Dogs. Apparently many Dog owners are buying the Dog Snuggie as a little treat for their shivering pooches. One size does not fit all so use this Snuggie For Dogs (All Sizes) link to see which one your Dog will need. Apparently they are machine washable, suitable for nearly all Dogs and have an easy velcro system to adjust the Dog Snuggie to the right size.

How they pee I am not too sure but apparently even the big dudes can easily be dressed with a simple step in system. They can be worn even with collars and leads and if you don’t mind a few stares from the fashion police you can keep the Dog Snuggie on when going for a walk in the park. The Snuggie for Dogs Reviews fall in to two definite camps. It is either that their Dog loves it or you are a cruel person for trying to humiliate your Dog by putting it in a walking blanket like a cheap Snuggie.

The consensus seems to be that some Dogs love them for in the house but for walking I just don’t really get how they have a pee. Am I missing something or is that important area left exposed?

So, blue or pink, which one do you think Faye would prefer?

After looking at a few prices on the 1800petmeds reviews article here at the Dog Blog I thought we should see what people have to say about 1800petmeds.com. Price comparisons are one thing and we certainly saw that for cheap pet meds online they are not the best people to shop with. Use this cheap pet meds online link instead.

Let’s take a look at what people are saying in their 1800petmeds reviews.

If we type in 1800petmeds reviews in to a search engine then the top listing is none too glowing. Lots of reports of bad customer service and the one overriding factor was that they are over priced for many of their pet meds.

Of course there are also some glowing reports as well. Many were more than happy with the service they received and one report was glowing. The fact that it was from an employee or a former employee had nothing to do with it I am sure.

Anyway we cannot base a review on just one site so what did the other search results have to say on the matter?

Well, many of the listings were duplicates of the reviews of the top listing so by the time we get down to the 1800petmeds reviews that were from different people we find that unfortunately even as far in as page two, where you can find my review by the way, there are no reviews. Unless you call writing a glowing review a genuine review of course.

What do I mean?

Well, all the 1800 pet meds reviews are simply saying how wonderful they are and if you want to buy from them please click here. Not genuine at all as they are simply trying to earn a commission from people who purchase via special links that they get money from if a sale is made. I have nothing against this but let us not be fooled in to thinking that they are reviews of any sort at all. They are SALES PAGES to get people to use 1800petmeds so that they make money. Nothing wrong with making money on the Internet as I know but as far as labelling the articles reviews they are nothing of the sort.

This is a part of the problem with people using the Internet. Most people have ulterior motives. If you read this Dog blog regularly then you know that I have a motive of my own for the last few posts here and it is entirely personal. I wouldn’t listen to my advice either at the moment as I have nothing but a very low opinion of them. Overpriced is just one of my concerns.

This was my 1800petmeds review and now we can let normal business resume here at THE DOG BLOG. Tomorrow we have a very interesting post from Lindsay at That Mutt so be sure to check it out. No more rants from me, you will be glad to hear.

In this Dog training online series I have been giving down to earth and straightforward tips to help to have a better life with your Dog. No fancy pants nonsense and no gimmicks. If you want to be able to get your Dog to perform stupid tricks then look elsewhere. I aim to provide Dog training online advice that is easily implemented and easy to use.

Too many online Dog training “so called” tips and supposed advice is actually nothing more than a way for you to part with lots of money for a Dog training course that may or may not be of benefit. Looking through search engine results for online Dog training and other associated words I am still sorely disappointed in the total lack of free information.

Surely these supposedly expert sites can give some free advice.

Do you know why they don’t? Because most of them are simply written by Internet marketers who want to make a profit by making commissions on sales and know nothing about the realities of living with Dogs.

That being said there are a few good resources that you pay for. Not many though.

If you really are looking for straightforward Dog training advice and don’t want some dubious book or an online Dog training series that you pay for then why not buy a simple cheap book that you can refer to?

Of course, my preference would be for the use of free resources that you can get online or advice from friends that have well behaved Dogs. I know that some people like to have something solid to refer to though so I have been looking around at what is available and what people actually seem to recommend.

What seems to be very popular is one of the Dummies books.

Dog Training For Dummies

If you click this Dog Training For Dummies link then it takes you to Amazon where you can purchase the Dog training for Dummies book from about $7 which is what, a few cups of expensive coffee? Not that I really know how much expensive coffe from a chain retailer is. Spain is still firmly rooted in traditional Cafe Bars where you get real coffee (thank God). Um, I digress (as usual).

Although for me I think you can find lots of free advice without owning books, for a few dollars it seems surprisingly good value. It would certainly be my preference over paying for an online Dog training course. I find those completely unsuitable for many and if I was to pay money for Dog training courses then a real life course where I had one on one training from an experienced person would for me be a much better use of my hard earned cash.

The Dog Training For Dummies book seems to have been quite well received over the years that it has been available on Amazon. Let’s take a litttle look at what people are saying (I hope they don’t mind).

Dog Training For Dummies Reviews

Here are a few snippets of some of the Dog training for dummies review posts on Amazon.

I liked this book, well written and easy to understand. I teach dog training classes and would recommend this book to my class

It has helped me a great deal with my chocolate lab and i have loaned it to friends many times.

Have owned dogs for many years but this book is by far the best book I have read on dog training. Would recommend to anyone.

Most of the reviews of Dog training for dummies continue in a similar manner. There are a few really bad reviews as well so you need to make up your own mind about whether it is suitable.

If you have read it then why not let the readers know what you thought about it or your recommendation for the best book on Dog training?

If you do want a Dog training book then I guess this one does seem very highly recommended by most of the people that left reviews of it on Amazon. If you want a hard copy of a book to refer to then it seems quite suitable.

Much beter than paying for an online Dog training course in my opinion but hey, what do I know?

Tomorrow we shall resume with more free online Dog training tips and I shall be showing you what can happen even when you think your little bone munchers are over being naughty when you go out for a quick beer to a local Spansih village for only an hour and then you come home and the place is a right mess and they all look really guilty and there is paper all over the floor and you wonder why the hell you are writing about training tips for Dogs when your own ****** Dogs won’t even behave for five minutes and you despair of ever …………………………………

May the Doggie Force be with you all,

As part of the continuing pets medicine series here at the unProfessional Dog training online school I now want to take two part look at fleas and Dogs. In this first post we will learn a little about the flea, what it actually is and what effects it can have on our Dogs.

In the next post we will take a look at the myriad different ways there are to either treat or prevent the humble flea from causing misery to our beloved bone munchers.

What is a flea?

According to Wikipedia the

Flea is the common name for insects of the order Siphonaptera which are wingless insects whose mouthparts are adapted for piercing skin and sucking blood.

They are a parasite that lives by feeding off the blood of mammals and birds.

Gonna Get ‘Ya

As we are only concerned with the Dog flea here, or Ctenocephalides canis I won’t list the myriad other classifications or problems they can cause. We only need to know about fleas and Dogs here at the Doggie social club.

Fleas can jump up to seven inches vertically and thirteeen inches horizontally, which is approx 200 times their size. They are perfectly adapted for easily moving through the fur of our animals and have a tubelike mouth part perfectly adapted for sucking blood.

Their bodies are extremely hard so Dog scratching does little to harm them. If you have ever tried to kill one between your fingers (I haven’t) then aparently it is very difficult to do so.

Fleas lay tiny eggs and the larvae can feed on both blood and the droppings of adult fleas (gross).

How Dog Fleas Live And Why We Must EXTERMINATE

The lifecycle of the Dog flea, as with all fleas, is three staged. Larva, pupa, and adulthood.

[ad#ad-inpost]

Fleas cannot reproduce until after they have fed on blood. The female then lays up to 20 or so eggs which are a perfect shape for getting caught in the Dogs fur (where they are laid), but are also perfectly formed for hiding in crevices and bedding where are Dogs go for a little rest.

Two weeks later the fleas will have hatched but it can be only a matter of days. Blind but ready to feed they can eat any organic matter they find. After a few more weeks they will have passed through three larval stages and will build a coccon. Another few weeks and they can emerge as adult Dog fleas.

If the conditions are not right or the weather too cold they can stay dormant in their cocoon until the conditions are right. It can be vibrations, heat or carbon dioxide that triggers them to emerge as adults.

Once the adults emerge they need blood fast. This is all they feed on and must find it within a week.

As an aside is anyone else thinking VAMPIREZ?

If they find food they can then wait months before needing to feed again although if they have found a home on our Dogs this will be happening rather continuously.

The flea cycle can be from a few weeks from start to finish to quite a few months. Females can lay a very large quantity of eggs which means if they have the right conditions, you know, nice warm bedding, central heating, all the things lots of us (well, not me) have.

How Fleas Effect Our Dogs

Fleas on Dogs effect them in much the same way they do any of their hosts. When they feed on our Dogs blood they make a small puncture wound which usually goes red around it. Usually it is small clusters that happen as the fleas feed repeatedly.

For some Dogs there is a very real allergic reaction to the saliva that comes into contact with the skin as they feed. Some Dogs suffer very strong allergic reactions and is why there are so many flea treatments for Dogs on the market.

Fleas can lead to hair loss from scratching but can also cause serious problems to the Dogs skin. Many Dogs get so distracted by the reaction they get that they will gnaw an area until it is red raw and the fur has gone. This is quite common and is known as flea allergy dermatitis. This gnawing and continual scratching will simply further compound the problem and quite often veterinary intervention is then required.

In the next post we will look at the many different ways we can combat fleas both on our Dogs and in the home. Out of all the many problems our Dogs face there are actually some very effective natural flea remedies that we can use. A lot of this series of pet medicines are based around using chemical ingredients that many of us are loathe to use unless we really need to. I will be looking at both the guaranteed chemical solutions and a more natural approach to getting rid of fleas on our Dogs.

May the Doggie Force be with you all,

UPDATE: There is a great new product on the market that is much easier to use than a toothbrush for those looking how to clean Dog’s teeth. Click HERE to read about this great product. Called oral hygiene chews they are extremely cheap but amazing for keeping Dog’s teeth clean.

It will take a few attempts using a toothbrush before your Dog becomes accustomed to cleaning Dog’s Teeth. We shall now take a comprehensive look at how to clean Dogs Teeth. Here at this Dog blog keeping Dogs teeth clean is very important. Bad Teeth in Dogs can be prevented if you read this post. Use the link above if you don’t think a toothbrush is the best option. And after reading the reviews via the above link I think the chews may now be a much simpler option to keep Dog’s teeth clean.

Teeth Cleaning For Dogs

It really cannot be over-emphasized just how important it is to keep your Dogs Teeth clean. We look after our own Teeth but many of us neglect the Dogs Teeth. Cleaning your Dog’s Teeth, whether you brush your Dogs Teeth, or take it to the Vets regularly to keep your Dogs Teeth clean should be a priority. Dogs Teeth and Gums need to be looked after just like ours do. When you clean your Dogs mouth, its Gums and its Teeth you are setting it up for a much healthier life.

How To Clean Dog Teeth

Anyone who reads this Dog Blog on an even infrequent basis will know I am a firm advocate of Raw Bones as the ideal way to naturally clean Dog’s teeth. I wrote of the benefits of Raw Bones to help cure bad Dogs breath and the many other benefits of Raw Meaty Bones when it comes to Dental hygiene.

Many people just can’t seem to face feeding their Dogs Raw Bones or are worried that their Dog may have problems because of it. That’s understandable and we all have different opinions on many aspects of looking after Dogs.

However there is no doubt that you MUST find a way to look out for your Dog. Teeth cleaning for Dogs is of prime importance. If you read the two posts I have linked to above you will see the many problems that ensue, both for the Dog and your pocket, if you do not keep your Dogs teeth clean. I know from experience that if you neglect your Dogs mouth you are in for a very, and I mean very, large Vet bill at some time in the future. It is also severely risking the chance of your Dog becoming very ill. Cleaning Dogs Teeth really cannot be neglected. Learning how to clean Dogs Teeth is one of the biggest favors you will ever do your Dog.

A few days ago I asked on Twitter what everyone used for cleaning Dogs teeth and the overwhelming consensus for what was the best teeth cleaning product for dogs was Petrodex Dog Dental Care Kit, Beef Toothpaste, 2 Toothbrushes. I looked around the various Doggie Shoppies and found it. It seems although very important it is not always easy to find the right products to easily and quickly learn how to clean Dog’s Teeth.

Everyone on Twitter said that their Dogs actually enjoyed having their teeth brushed with Chicken or Beef flavoured toothpaste, I mean, who wouldn’t! In the Dog world anyway! For $15 you get the paste, a double ended toothbrush, and a few extra goodies. Not much more than buying the stuff for yourself. Teeth cleaning for Dogs is so important that this minimal investment really is worth it.

Investments like this need to be made and if you don’t find a way to keep your Dogs teeth clean you will be looking at spending about thirty or forty times that at some point in your Dogs life unless you are a very lucky Dog owner.

We eventually got in to the habit of brushing our old boy Sam’s teeth, but only after the damage was done. It takes a while for them to get used to it but they soon seem to enjoy it.

To clean your Dogs Teeth take such a minimal amount of time that there really is no excuse not to do it. Just like Humans Dogs Teeth need regular brushing and you need to ensure you clean their Teeth, mouth and gums at least twice a week.

Removing Tartar From Dogs Teeth

If you let the Tartar on your Dogs Teeth build up too much then you may not be able to remove it by brushing your Dogs Teeth. You may need to go to the Vets to have it done. Start early and get your Dog used to having its Teeth brushed, its Gums brushed and its Mouth brushed regularly. It really will save a lot of time and Money in the future. Removing Tartar from your Dogs Teeth will not even need to be considered if you start cleaning their Teeth from an early age.

Remove Plaque From Dogs Teeth

To remove plaque from your Dogs Teeth may again make a visit to the Vets necessary. When Dogs Teeth get too bad then they need to have them professionally cleaned. The Plaque and Tartar on a Dogs Teeth can build up surprisingly quickly so brush their Teeth regularly and you may save yourself an awful lot of Money.

Anaesthesia To Clean Dogs Teeth

When the build up of Plaque and Tartar becomes serious then your dog may need to be put under anaesthesia to have their Teeth cleaned. This is far from ideal and avoiding having to put your Dog under anaesthesia to clean their Teeth should be a goal you have. The dangers of anaesthesia to clean your Dogs Teeth can become a real concern, especially in older Dogs. There are always dangers involved and you should avoid anaesthesia for Teeth cleaning if at all possible. Cleaning Dog’s Teeth regularly will mean you won’t have to resort to this.

Older Dogs risk much being out under so if you can spend a few minutes every week trying to avoid the problem then you should. An operation just to remove Plaque and Tartar from Dogs Teeth will never have to happen if you keep on top of learning how to clean Dogs teeth.

How To Clean Dog’s Teeth

Teeth Cleaning For Dogs Step By Step

First a video all about how to clean Dog’s Teeth.

If you are going to use a toothbrush and toothpaste, which it seems is one of the best alternatives to Raw Bones here is how to go about it.

Firstly NEVER use human toothpaste. Dogs cannot spit and will eat the toothpaste. Human toothpaste is not edible! Human Toothpaste for Dogs is absolutely out. Cleaning Dogs Teeth must be done with Dog toothpaste.

If your Dogs teeth are in bad condition or discolored, get them cleaned properly at the Vets first before you regularly do it at home

Clean your Dogs teeth a minimum of twice a week, more at first to get them used to it

Use either the toothbrush, the finger brush or gauze. Experiment and see which is easier to use

Find a comfortable position, I found a little to the side best and ensure you have a good hold on the muzzle and lift the lips away from the teeth. A helper may be in order to begin

Brush in circular motions much as you do your own teeth

Ensure you brush the gums and get right to the back teeth

Be prepared for lots of licking! Cleaning Dogs teeth can even become a treat!

It may not be the easiest thing to do initially but your Dog will get used to you lifting its Gums to clean their Teeth, Mouth and Gums. See how clean my Dogs Teeth are.

This is from Raw Meaty Bones, not from a Toothbrush. If you don’t give them bones, which acts like a rough Toothbrush for Dogs Teeth then you need to do it manually as described.

To get your Dog used to you cleaning its Teeth I would recommend repetition as they key. Try just lifting your Dogs Gums repeatedly every day, it will soon get used to it and make the act of cleaning your Dogs Mouth that much easier.

Cleaning Dog’s teeth really isn’t that difficult once you have done it a few times. Just remember not to use human toothpaste and if possible also give them hard Toys to chew on if you don’t want to give them Raw Bones. The chewing and scraping actions helps to keep their teeth in top condition. Dogs teeth and Gums are very important to its overall health. You really must either buy the best teeth cleaning product for dogs, which is the Petrodex Dog Dental Care Kit, Beef Toothpaste, 2 Toothbrushes. Get it for a very small cost or give them plenty of Raw Meaty Bones.

Hopefully you can now answer the question “How To clean Dogs Teeth?”

or

Christmas Comes Early For The Dogs

It is a fantastic sunny day here today. All the doors and windows are open and the Dogs have been really well behaved, lying outside soaking up some rays.

The weather can change very quickly so we decided to give the Dogs an early Christmas present, A Big Raw Meaty Bone each.

Many people are loathe to give their Dogs bones, believing there is a danger to the Dog. There are only a few things you need to know when deciding whether you should give your Dog a Bone.

Never give them cooked bones as they are brittle and the splinters may damage their insides.

Always freeze Pork Bones for a few days as there is a bacteria that can be harmful but is killed upon freezing.

Remover the long thin Bone from Chicken thighs as it can puncure the Dog because it is so sharp.

With those three facts you can safely supply your Dogs with Raw Bones on a regular basis.

Dog Has Bad Breath?

Bones are good for Dogs for so many reasons and if you haven’t already done so I strongly suggest you buy this book on Raw Meaty Bones. It tells of all the benefits of Raw Bones for Dogs.

One of the overriding reasons why we supply our Dogs with Bones on a regular basis is that previously we had very high Vet bills when our previous Dog began to get older. A Raw Bone however will clean your Dogs teeth like nothing else. You will save yourself a fortune in the future as well.

Along with cleaning the Dogs teeth because of the gnawing action this also means that your Dog will have very fresh breath. Any build up of plaque etc in the Dogs mouth can cause a terrible smell. Considering we live in the country and the Dogs of Doom are forever eating all manner of disgusting things they all have amazingly fresh breath. By far the best way to cure bad Dogs breath is with a steady supply of raw Bones.

Clean teeth = Fresh Breath

[ad#ad-inpost]

Another reason to give your Dog a bone is just for the peace you will get. A nice big Bone can keep your Dog occupied for hours. They will happily munch through it in their own time, all the while giving you a nice break from the usual Dog activities you may just not have the time for at a certain point in the day.

It also keeps their muscles nice and toned as they chew, munch and manhandle a sizable and tough Bone.

So give your Dog an extra Christmas Present this year and give it a nice big Raw Bone. If your Dog has bad breath this will be gift for the both of you. It will be the best present it ever got and you will notice very quickly just how clean and fresh your Dogs chops are.

Looking on Amazon I came across this great (and cheap) book all about the adventures of a Dog with bad breath. It has fantastic reviews and as well as being great for children adults seem to love it as well. Dog Breath looks like a lot of fun. The authors other books also look like a must for our inner child.

I also wrote about other advantages of raw meat for dogs here.
